Shipments are packed and shipped from our farm on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday by UPS. To ensure the quality of our products all packages are shipped frozen, inside an insulated container and corrugated cardboard box for delivery within 3-4 days of shipment.

We cannot be responsible for non-delivery or delayed packages when the addresses given are incomplete or incorrect. Please verify your shipping information for accuracy before placing your order. We will have to charge a $39.00 fee for intercepting the package to reroute / correct or change the address, this includes adding a lot number, apartment number or suite number.

Once the order is processed for shipment, cancellation is not allowed. As a food facility, we are unable to accept returns on all our perishable products.

Refunds and/or replacement products are available upon request for orders in which the product is wrong, omitted and other similar circumstances.

To obtain a refund, you must notify Bates Turkey Farm immediately via email at orders@batesturkey.com or call 334-227-4505 no later than 7 days after delivery. Customer Service will determine the best course of action.

In case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances if delivery gets delayed or cancelled only value of product be refunded, no shipping charges will be refunded.
