HOW TO SLICE: Cut lengthwise to penetrate to the center of the ham to release the slices from each other.

HOW TO SERVE: You may warm the ham for 30 minutes at 300 degrees in oven if desired, but we suggest serving at room temperature. NOTE: do not overheat….loss of moisture will lessen the flavor of the ham. You may cover the ham with foil when heating to prevent loss of moisture.

TO USE NOW OR LATER: Hams may be frozen for up to two months. Re-frigerated ham should be eaten within 7 days after opening.
